The RADROCK Program is a recruitment and development program aimed at top students and graduates in the RF field, covering two major parts: scholarship programs and the introduction of top talents. Job Description:

1. Responsible for the research and design of the PA part of the GSM/3G/4G/5G linear power amplifier in the RF integrated module (mainly including gallium arsenide HBT);
2. Responsible for completing the circuit design of the power amplifier through the EDA design simulation tool;
3. Responsible for completing layout design and tape-out work;
4. Cooperate with test engineers to test, verify and evaluate PA performance;
5. Cooperate with the team to complete the mass production of products;

1. Doctoral and excellent master's degree in electronic engineering, microelectronics, microwave and radio frequency, electronic information science and technology, communication and other related majors;
