1. Responsible for the research and design of the PA part of the GSM/3G/4G/5G linear power amplifier in the RF integrated module (mainly including gallium arsenide HBT);
2. Responsible for completing the circuit design of the power amplifier through EDA design simulation tools such as HFSS and ADS;
3. Responsible for completing layout design and tape-out work;
4. Cooperate with test engineers to test, verify and evaluate PA performance;
5. Cooperate with the team to complete the mass production of products;
6. Participate in the formulation of PA product specifications.

Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, major in electronic engineering, microwave and radio frequency, microelectronics, electronic information science and technology, communication and other related majors is preferred;
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, experience in electromagnetic simulation, active circuit design (such as RF power amplifier, low noise amplifier, etc.) is preferred;
3. Solid basic knowledge of RF, familiar with RF matching design, RF filter design, proficient in EM simulation, familiar with design software, familiar with RF test instruments, such as signal source, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, etc.;
4. Serious and careful work, strong sense of responsibility, dedication, strong ability to work under pressure, and good team spirit.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the analysis of product PA/LNA/SWITCH mobile phone or market competitiveness.
2. Responsible for outputting RFFE (RF front-end) board-level test report and analyzing test data.

Job Description:
1. Use RF instruments and software to carry out chip verification tests;
